MBSR-T (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course for Teens) Age 13-18

Do you have a teen who is stressed, anxious and easily distracted? Struggling with the pressures of school life and peers?

We have a 6-week MBSR-T (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens) course in which teens will learn techniques of mindfulness to improve focus, manage stress, anxiety, anger and mood.

This course can help teens to achieve better balance and success in school, family, and social life.

MBSR-T comes from MBSR. MBSR-T is closely related to the traditional MBSR program created by Kabat-Zinn. In MBSR-T, the formal practices are shorter in duration to accommodate the attention span of teens. I am Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T). Mindfulness sessions are not psychotherapy or counseling and are not meant to take the place of psychotherapy or counseling; however, research has shown
