We have a 6-week training (one-on-one sessions) in which kids will learn techniques of mindfulness to improve focus and manage stress to achieve better balance and success in school, family, and social life.
Six 60-minute Individual Sessions Package. ($45 Savings)
This Basic package will provide your child with basic understanding and will provide him/her with techniques that can help him/her experience and apply his/her understanding and knowledge on a daily basis.

Do you have a child who is stressed, anxious, and easily distracted?
Are you looking for ways to improve your child’s mood, reduce their anxiety and behavior problems, increase their attentiveness, and lower their social anxiety?
We have a 12-week training (one-on-one sessions) in which kids will learn techniques of mindfulness to improve focus and manage stress to achieve better balance and success in school, family, and social life.
Twelve 60-minute Individual Sessions Package. ($150 Savings)
This Advance package will provide your child with an in-depth understanding and will provide him/her with techniques that can help him/her experience and apply his/her understanding, knowledge, and wisdom on a daily basis.
*This course is not offered in groups. This course is only for individuals.
